Which cruise lines can I travel on?

Eastern and Western Caribbean Cruises will be on Carnival and Norwegian cruise lines only.

May I request an Oceanview or Balcony cabin?

Yes, you may request them. There will be additional charges for these types of cabins.

How much are the additional charges?

The additional charges are based on availability and what options you choose. Please submit the request form for processing and we will then be able to advise you of the exact charges.

Do I need to provide my credit card on the request form?

Yes, we must have your credit card number and signature to process your request.

May I use this Certificate towards an eight-day or longer cruise?

No, this certificate is only good for a 4-day or 7-day.

How will I get a response on whether the cruise I want is available?

If you provide your email address you will get a response by email but if an email address is not provided, all responses will be by mail.

How many days prior can I submit my request?

At least 90 days prior to departure.

How do I know when the ships sail?

Typically, most 7-day sailings leave on Saturday or Sunday, and most 4-day sailings leave on a Monday or Friday. There may be exceptions depending on your itinerary.

Does the inside stateroom have two lower beds?

The inside stateroom cabins have an upper and lower bed configuration. Cabins that have two lower beds can be requested but are subject to availability and will incur an additional charge.

If I have to cancel, is my cruise refundable?

Once you are confirmed the cruise is nonrefundable.

What documentation do I need to travel?

Passports are required for all cruise passengers.
