The Cruise Reservation Request Form is Valid For 12 Months After Issue Date. This cruise vacation certificate is valid for a four- or seven-night cruise for two adults (double occupancy required) in low season for an Eastern or Western Caribbean Cruise. Accommodations are entry-level inside cabin categories.
Each cabin must have at least one passenger 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and major credit card. All United States passengers need proof of citizenship and photo I.D. (Passport, birth certificate or copy of birth certificate with raised seal.) Resident Aliens need an Alien Resident Card, valid passport, photo I.D. and a valid U.S. Multiple Re-entry Visa. Resident Aliens and Aliens must contact the appropriate consulate to inquire about necessary travel documentation. It is the responsibility of the end-user to provide proper documentation for departure.
This offer is not valid for use with group travel (group travel is defined as two or more families traveling or meeting at the same destination on the same arrival date) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional travel package. One travel offer per household may be used in a 12-month period.
To validate your cruise request form all reservation requirements in this cruise voucher must be met. You must complete the request form in its entirety and return it via U.S. mail as instructed. A minimum of 90 days advance notice must be given to process your reservation request (90 days begins from the date you send in your travel request form). This cruise offer expires and all travel must be completed 12 months from the issue date on the Cruise Reservation Request Form.
Global Connections, Inc., (GCI) requires a fee of $179.00 per person for a four-night cruise, and $299.00 per person for the seven-night cruise when you submit your reservation request. Said fees include port and service charges assessed per person, but DO NOT include taxes, fuel surcharges, gratuities, miscellaneous charges or transportation. Cruises only based on double occupancy. This deposit and all monies paid, cannot be refunded once your cruise has been booked. Once confirmed, your vacation is non-refundable and non-changeable. It is important that you do not leave for your cruise until you have received written confirmation since cruises are booked according to the availability of the Global Connections’ allotment of rooms.
Selected sailings are available on a year-round basis, with the possibility of an additional surcharge per person for peak season or holiday sailings, where available. Cabins requesting space for third and fourth passengers are available upon request and are subject to availability. Additional fees will apply for these passengers at the published brochure rates from specific cruise lines. Outside cabin categories with ocean views and balconies are available upon request based upon availability for an additional surcharge. Other itineraries such as Exotic or Southern Caribbean, Mexican Riviera and Alaskan are available for additional charges and are subject to availability.
This certificate is for promotional use only and is non-transferable, cannot be sold to the end-user without expressed written consent of GCI and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Airline tickets, airport transfers, gratuities and miscellaneous expenses are not included. This offer is for the cruise only, however airfare is available and can be purchased through Global Connections, Inc.
You will receive your travel documents by mail about two weeks prior to your departure date and only after you have made payments in full for any additional passengers or additional travel services booked through GCI. There will be a $50.00 fee for any lost or stolen travel documents in addition to any applicable fees assigned by the cruise line.
This offer is void where prohibited by law. No other representations, oral or otherwise, are valid in conjunction with this offer herein. This voucher is not to be used as an employee incentive by an affiliate of GCI or the sponsor’s affiliate. GCI shall not be responsible or liable for any misrepresentations, violations of law or any other actions by the person/company who provided this certificate to you. GCI’s liability with respect to this certificate is limited to fulfillment of the accommodations in accordance with the terms and conditions of use. The voucher is null and void if it is used incorrectly.
GCI assumes no responsibility for services or acts performed or not performed by the cruise lines or other suppliers, or cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, acts of God, or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, and /or any other circumstances beyond its control, causing the cruise to become unavailable. GCI reserves the right to substitute the components of the offered vacation and varied itinerary should circumstances so require.
GCI, its agents, assignees or designees act independently of the cruise lines, and not as agents or employees thereof, and will not assume responsibility for any loss, delay, accident, injury or damage to persons or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with the services provided by the cruise lines.
Cancellation policy: With regard to any fees beyond your $179 USD (for a four-night cruise) or the $299 USD (for a seven-night cruise) per person fee, there are no refunds 60 days prior for any additional passengers or additional travel services booked. With regard to any additional cruise fares, the standard cancellation policy applies as per cruise lines current fleet brochures.
NOTE: GCI will make every effort to fulfill this vacation offer as stated. However, GCI reserves the right, without notice, to discontinue offering the cruise vacation certificate. When this occurs, GCI will try to substitute comparable accommodations.
